This style guide accompanied a site-wide redesign of a major financial service’s e-commerce site.
The excerpt includes small sections from two large deliverables. First, the Guidelines reworked the site’s structure and flow. The following Look and Feel section addressed the site design, changing a few things from the Guidelines as well.
Names have been changed to protect the innocent. I’ve stripped the name of both my design-firm client and their financial-services client (changing them cleverly to “DesignFirm” and “ClientName”), as well as the name of the client’s site.
The style guide included many internal links. For the excerpt, I converted any broken links to underlined text.
